Drifter
Meet Tonny Hay, a drifter whose passion has endured through the years. Every modification, every late night in the garage, and every lap on the track brings him one step closer to his dream. For "Drifter", we developed the concept and storyboard, planned each shot, wrote the voiceover, and handled the entire production and post-production process. The film combines car-to-car footage, drone cinematography, gimbal and slider shots, and action-camera angles mounted inside the car to capture its mechanics in motion. Instead of using music, we built the soundtrack entirely around the voiceover, engine sounds, turbo, tire squeal, and carefully crafted sound design, allowing the car itself to drive the emotion of the film.

Snaps From the Project
"I had an amazing experience working with Touring Jonny on my video project. He filmed a cinematic video for my drift car, a Nissan Skyline R33, and the entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. He helped plan the whole shoot, came up with creative shot ideas, and made the process feel very organized and stress-free. One detail I really appreciated was the sound design. Jonny mounted a separate microphone on the car to capture the real engine sound, since this build had taken years and it was important to me that the video feature the authentic engine audio as a key condition. The final video looked very high-end, dynamic and polished - honestly better than I expected) Communication was easy, turnaround was fast, and overall it was a great collaboration. If you are looking for a talented and reliable videographer in Los Angeles, I highly recommend Touring Jonny. I will definitely work with him again in the future."
